Because these are non-physical, instantly accessible products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your files, we’re here to help.

Refunds Policies

All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered. Support is available via our official Discord server if you need help using your purchase.
